Yobuko Ika-Ten

Fried squid, a famous dish from Yobuko, a small port town within Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture. Fried lightly to bring out the natural sweetness of the squid and create a tender texture.

Hakata Game-ni

A calming local dish from Fukuoka consisting of simmered chicken and aromatic vegetables.

Miyazaki Specialty Chicken Nanban

Miyazaki Prefecture's local specialty chicken Nanban. Crispy batter-fried chicken served with a special tartar sauce and sweet vinegar sauce.

Hinohikari Rice made in Taketa City, Oita Prefecture.

This rice is glossy and springy, each grain plump and round. Enjoy a bowl of Oita Prefecture’s finest rice!
