Hotel Rules and Regulations

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all accommodation guests or individuals using the facilities of this Hotel, the Hotel has established the Hotel Rules and Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) under Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation. If the Rules are not followed, the Hotel may prohibit the relevant individuals from using guest rooms and all facilities within the hotel as specified in Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation. In addition, we ask for your understanding that the Hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents resulting from failure to comply with the Rules. Guests and users of the hotel facilities are required to comply with the terms of use established by the Hotel and posted on Hotel premises or on the website. In the event of any unspecified matters in the Rules, they shall be handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation; in case of any discrepancies between the Rules and the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation shall prevail.

Safety and security regulations to be complied with

  1. Please refrain from bringing heating appliances, cooking devices, irons, or similar energy-consuming appliances into the guest rooms.
  2. Please do not smoke in places that are prone to fire hazards (such as on the bed).
  3. Do not smoke outside the designated areas in this Hotel building. Do not engage in any behavior that may cause a fire. In addition, if smoking (including electronic cigarettes) or cigarette butts are found in a non-smoking room, this Hotel will charge the actual cost of room deodorization and cleaning of bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc., to restore it to its original condition.
  4. Please review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of the guest room door.
  5. During your stay, please ensure to lock the door when you leave the room.
  6. During your stay, please remember to lock the door guards and locks, especially when sleeping. If there are visitors, please check the outside of the door through the peephole first and do not open the door carelessly. If you notice any suspicious individuals, please contact the front desk.
  7. In order to ensure that the Hotel and guest rooms maintain high standards of hygiene, the Hotel will clean all rooms at least once every three days, even if customers request not to have their room cleaned. However, if the Hotel deems it necessary or in case of emergencies, the Hotel reserves the right to clean the rooms at any time or enter the room for maintenance and legal inspections, and guests are not allowed to refuse.
  8. The Hotel does not provide accommodation or other related services to anti-social forces or criminal organizations.

Matters related to valuables and stored items

For safety reasons, we advise our guests to carry important personal belongings, valuables, or cash with them at all times. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, if there is an in-room safe deposit box in the guest room, guests may store these items in it. If there is no safe deposit box in the guest room, with the permission of the Hotel, guests may store these items at the front desk of the Hotel, and the nature and quantity of the items being stored should be declared. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or other harm to items stored in the safe deposit box or at the Hotel front desk due to force majeure, the nature of the items, or intentional or negligent acts of the guest or their accompanying travelers. Unless with the Hotel's consent, the following items are not eligible for storage services at the Hotel.

  1. (1)Items of uncertain value, such as works of art, antiques and musical instruments;
  2. (2)Equipment with data recording devices, such as personal computers and cellular phones;
  3. (3)Items related to personal information, such as customer name records.

Regarding Payment for Services

  1. Except as otherwise agreed in the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation, during the stay, the Hotel may present a billing invoice to the guests at any time. Guests are required to cooperate and make payments accordingly. Guests can settle the payments at the front desk by cash, traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or other payment methods agreed upon by the Hotel.
  2. If there are any changes to the length of your stay, please inform the front desk staff of the Hotel in advance. If an extension of your stay is required after checking in, please pay the accommodation fees for the extended stay in advance.
  3. If guests dine at the restaurant within the Hotel, please follow the instructions of the hotel staff to sign, and present the room key or card.
  4. This hotel does not provide services for hotel guests to cover shopping expenses, transportation expenses (including but not limited to plane tickets, trains, high-speed rail, buses, taxis, etc.), postage or courier fees.

Prohibited Behavior

  1. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the premises of the Hotel:
    1. (1)Dogs, cats, small birds, or other animals. However, guide dogs are not limited to this;
    2. (2)Easily inflammable items such as gunpowder, or volatile oils that may cause fires;
    3. (3)Objects emitting a foul or irritating odor;
    4. (4)Firearms, ammunition, and bladed weapons without legal registration;
    5. (5)Baggage or items beyond the reasonable range of quantities or size; and
    6. (6)Items prohibited by other laws and regulations.
  2. Gambling or engaging in any other behavior that disrupts public order or safety is strictly prohibited in this Hotel. Any form of disturbance, harassment, or any other unpleasant behavior causing discomfort to guests is also not allowed.
  3. Without the approval of the Hotel, any form of sales or activities unrelated to accommodation purposes, as well as distribution of promotional materials or advertisements, is prohibited in the guest rooms or within the premises of the Hotel.
  4. Please do not hang or stack any items that may damage the appearance of this Hotel on the windows of the guest rooms or the window sills.
  5. Facilities or amenities provided in this Hotel are to be used in a reasonable and appropriate manner and for their intended purposes. Any behavior that causes obvious damage to the existing state of the Hotel is strictly prohibited.
  6. Without prior consent from this Hotel, guests are not allowed to take any photos, videos, DVDs, or any other form of media for commercial purposes in the guest rooms. In addition, even for private photography or recording (including live streaming), it is not allowed to publish them on the internet or social media platforms for commercial purposes.
  7. Please do not place any personal belongings in the lobby or hallway of the Hotel.
  8. Except in cases of emergency or unavoidable situations, guests are not allowed to enter the Hotel staff's work areas, emergency exits, rooftops, and mechanical rooms.
  9. Please do not make loud voices, sing, create noises, or turn up the volume of TV or radio, etc. that may cause inconvenience to other guests inside this hotel or guest rooms, or engage in any behavior that may cause inconvenience or unpleasantness to other guests staying at the Hotel or using the Hotel's services. Please refrain from actions such as jumping or knocking on walls in the guest room or hallway to avoid disturbing other guests staying at the Hotel or using the Hotel's services.
