Housekeeping

Bed sheets are changed once every three days. If you would like them changed daily, please place the request card on your bed. Bed-making, towel replacement, room cleaning and trash collection are carried out every day.

Packages Sent to the Hotel

When sending luggage or mail to the hotel, please be sure to state your stay dates, the guest’s name (in katakana or as spelled in your reservation) and telephone number exactly as they appear in your reservation. (Valuables, food, hazardous items, and refrigerated or frozen goods cannot be accepted.)

※We are unable to accept items if the name on the package or mail differs from the name of the guest. Thank you for your understanding.

*We ask for payment at the time upon checking in.
*Please notify the hotel in the case of late arrival.
Your reservation may be cancelled if you arrive more than two hours late without notice.

Beat the rush with advance check-in!

Advance Check-in is available from 5:00 a.m. Check-in is very crowded from around the time that Tokyo Disney Resort® closes until midnight, so we recommend completing Advance Check-in before that time.

How to use Advance Check-in

① On arrival

Arrive at the hotel before 3:00 p.m. Complete the Advance Check-in procedure at the Front Desk and leave your luggage with us.

② After returning to the hotel

When you return to the hotel, collect your room key and luggage at the Front Desk.

-Once Advance Check-in is complete, you are free to use the large public bath from 5:00 a.m. Guests who travel overnight and arrive in the early morning can also relax here before heading out.
-Please show your parking ticket when using the parking lot.
