Advance check-in is available from 5:00. You can leave your luggage with us, and once the procedure is complete, you can also use the large public bath from 5:00.
Hotel Security
Our hotel uses contactless key cards. We generally provide two key cards per room at check-in. In addition to your guest room, a key card is required to access the following areas:
- ・1F entrance (1:00–5:00)
- ・Entrance to the 1F West Wing guest room area
- ・Entrance to the indoor stairway in front of the 1F restaurant
- ・Inside each elevator
Guest room doors lock automatically. Please carry your key card with you whenever you leave your room.
The large public bath is also secured by an automatic lock, and a key card is required for entry. Male guests should use the black guest room key card, while female guests should use the white key card.

Housekeeping
Bed sheets are changed once every three days. If you would like them changed daily, please place the request card on your bed. Bed-making, towel replacement, room cleaning and trash collection are carried out every day.
