Access by Train

• -Alight at Maihama Station on the JR Keiyo line / Musashino line: It’s an approximately 20-minute ride on the Partner Hotel Shuttle (free of charge) departing from bus stop #6 of Tokyo Disneyland® Bus Terminal East.

• *Travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions. Please note that shuttle bus service may change depending on park operating hours.

• -Alight at Shin-Urayasu Station on the JR Keiyo line / Musashino line: From bus stop D at the South Exit (Bus Terminal side), take the Keisei Bus (formerly Tokyo Bay City Bus) route #3 or #23 bound for “Sogo Koen” and get off at the “Mitsui Garden Hotel” bus stop – an approx. 10-minute ride, followed by an approx. 3-minute walk.

Access by Shinkansen

• -From Sendai: approx. 1 hr 45 min by the Tohoku/Hokkaido Shinkansen (Tokyo Station)
• -From Nagoya: approx. 1 hr 40 min by the Tokaido/Sanyo Shinkansen (Tokyo Station)
• -From Osaka: approx. 2 hr 30 min by the Tokaido/Sanyo Shinkansen (Tokyo Station)

Access by Car

• -From Tokyo area: Approx. 15 mins. from Urayasu Exit on Bayshore Route of Shuto Expressway
• -From Chiba area: Approx. 30 mins. from Wangan Ichikawa Exit of Higashi-Kanto Expressway

Airport Access

<Haneda Airport>

• -By Airport Limousine Bus: Take the Airport Limousine Bus bound for the Shin-Urayasu area from Haneda Airport and get off at the “Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay” bus stop, which is right by the hotel. Travel time is approximately 45–70 minutes.

• *Advance reservations are available for the limousine bus from Haneda Airport to the hotel. Reservations are not required, but boarding may not be possible depending on seat availability. Advance reservations are also available for hotel-to-Haneda Airport services for rides on or after June 1, 2025.

• -By Train: Take the Tokyo Monorail and JR lines to Maihama Station, then take the free Partner Hotel Shuttle from Tokyo Disneyland® Bus Terminal (No. 6) for approximately 90 minutes.

<Narita Airport>

• -By Airport Limousine Bus: Take the Airport Limousine Bus bound for the Shin-Urayasu area from Narita Airport and get off at the “Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay” bus stop on the hotel premises, right by the hotel. Travel time is approximately 70–80 minutes.

• *Advance reservations are available for the airport limousine bus. Reservations are not required, but boarding may not be possible depending on seat availability.

• -By Train: Take the Narita Express and JR lines to Maihama Station, then take the free Partner Hotel Shuttle from Tokyo Disneyland® Bus Terminal (No. 6) for approximately 100 minutes.

●Multi-story Parking

Fees

• -1st night (from time of entry until 15:00 the following day): ¥2,000
• -From the 2nd night onward: an additional ¥2,000 per night (until 15:00 the following day)

A surcharge of ¥1,000 per hour will apply for use beyond the above hours.
For use without an overnight stay: ¥1,000 per hour

Parking Instructions
① Please proceed to the multi-story parking garage.
No parking ticket will be issued. Your vehicle’s license plate number will be scanned automatically upon entry.
② Payment: Please pay at the payment machine after checking in. Once payment has been made, guests may freely exit and re-enter the parking lot during their stay.
  Payment procedure: Enter your vehicle’s license plate number → Select your vehicle from the list displayed → Select your check-out date → Complete payment
  Cash, credit cards, and QR code payments are accepted.
③ Exit: Please exit the parking lot after completing payment. If you plan to use the parking lot again after going out, you may simply drive back in.

Reservations are required. Please contact the hotel directly.

• -Buses: ¥2,000 per night (from entry at 15:00 or later)

*If all reservable spaces are already full, please use a nearby paid parking facility at your own discretion. Please note that such lots are not affiliated with the hotel, so we are unable to make reservations or offer discounts.
