CARGOPASS Service allows you to send your luggage directly from your hotel to Fukuoka Airport (both domestic and international flights) or Hakata Station.

Drop your luggage off at the front desk by 10AM the day of your departure, and pick it up at either Fukuoka Airport or Hakata Station anytime after 2PM. Enjoy shopping and sightseeing without the hassle of lugging around your bags.

Our front desk staff will be happy to assist you, so please consider us for your luggage transport.
