Will you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can. Please feel free to ask at the front desk. If you arrive early, we will store the luggage at the front desk. Although we can store luggage after you check out, please collect it on the same day. If you are checking out and you have another reservation at a later date, please feel free to ask us to store your luggage until you check in again. Please note that we cannot store valuables, foods or dangerous items.

Can I send my luggage prior to check-in?

If you have made arrangements with us in advance, then we can store luggage you send us one week prior until you check-in. Except for food, valuables and dangerous items. Please be sure to indicate your check-in date, the full name of the guest and send to the following address.

Courier service

We offer courier services at the front desk. We can also offer packaging materials with a fee. Please contact Front Desk for further information.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

The check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.

Regarding guide dogs and service dogs

You may stay with your guide dog / service dog. All facilities can be used with your guide dog / service dog except public bath. Please let us know when you make the reservation.

May I bring a pet with me?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay in our hotel. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistant dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Is wheelchair rental available?

Guests may rent it for free. Please contact the front desk for further information. Also, please note that it will only be used inside the hotel.

Are children allowed to share a bed with others?

It is possible for children under 5 years old to share a bed (Maximum one child per bed) without extra charge.

Is there space available in the refrigerator?

Please feel free to use the refrigerator throughout your stay.

Are there vending machines / ice machines?

We don't have vending machine, and ice machine is in our Lounge on the 2F.

Is there access control?

We don’t have access control.

Is there bicycle parking available?

There's public bicycle parking space next to the hotel.

How will early check-in or late check-out affect my rates?

For early check-in

Normal check-in time is 3pm. Depending on the status of your room, we may be able to allow you to check in a bit earlier than 3pm. However, if you request to have a guarantee early check-in, we will charge additional fee (100% of rack rate) to hold the room one day before.

For late check-out

Normal check-out time is 12pm. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we may allow you to check out later than 12pm for a surcharge stated below.
Until 3pm・・・・・30% of rack rate
Until 6pm・・・・・50% of rack rate
After 6pm・・・・・100% of rack rate
(Note: This will be added to the regular fee.)

Is there smoking area inside hotel?

No. All hotel is non-smoking area.

Are spare key cards available?

We issue one room key per person.

Can I use the Internet for work?

Hotel spaces, including guest rooms, the lobby, and restaurants, are equipped with wireless LAN. ※Please note that we cannot guarantee connectivity for all guests. There’s the possibility that your computer may have difficulties connecting to our internet. We appreciated for your kind understanding.

How early can reservations be made?

Reservations can be made approximately six months in advance. All other inquiries including group reservations should be addressed directly to the reservation department of the hotel by telephone.

Can I invite non-staying guests to my room?

No, we cannot allow you to invite non-staying guests to your room. Please consult the front desk if you have special needs.

Do you have a cancellation waiting list?

We are sorry but we do not have a waitlist. The status of reservations change daily so please check back with us or check our website for occupancy changes.

How much is the cancellation fee?

For direct reservations and reservations made via our website, cancellation charges are applied as follows: 20% of full fare of room for cancelling one day before your stay, 80% of full fare of room for cancelling on the day of your stay, and 100% for no-shows. If you booked through travel agent, please contact them for the cancellation policy.

Are baby cot available?

Yes, baby cot can be rented for free. Please contact the front desk for further information.
※ Please note that baby cot cannot fit in some of the rooms, and the number of baby cot is limited. Please call to arrange it in advance.

How are valuables kept in the hotel?

Please use the safety box in your room to store your valuables.

Are there convenience stores nearby?

Yes, it's located 4 minutes on foot from the hotel.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant JAPOLI on the first Floor.

Is it possible to have breakfast without a reservation?

Yes, we allow guests without reservations to eat our breakfast.

Can I ask my room to be on the higher floor as much as possible?

Guest rooms are on the 2nd floor to the 17th floor. We accept your requests, but depending on the room conditions on the day, we may not be able to meet your request. We thank you for your understanding.

Are amenities like hair dryers, towels, and toothbrushes available in guest rooms?

We provide the following in our guest rooms:
bath towels, face towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face & hand soap, a hair brush, a razor, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs.

Can parking be on a separate receipt made out to a company?

Yes, we accommodate this. If you pay directly to the hotel, we can issue a receipt at either the time of check-in or at the time of reservation. We will issue it in the manner of your request.

Is there a public bath available?

Yes. There’s a guest-exclusive public bath on the 17nd floor of the hotel. It’s available in the morning from 06:00 ~ 10:00 and in the evening from 15:00 ~ 24:00.
※Please bring towels from your room.
※Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are available in the public bath. Please feel free to wear your nightwear and slippers to the bath.

Is there a fee for the public bath?

No, the public bath is guest-exclusive and is free of charge.

Do you have computer for rent?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have computers available for rent.

Are there any barrier-free accessible rooms available?

We have three barrier-free rooms on site. Please call to reserve it.

Are laundry services available?

Yes, please fill out the form and put in the laundry bag. Housekeeper will check if guests need laundry service everyday before 11:00a.m.

Do you provide room service?

We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not provide room service to our guests. We thank you for your kind understanding.

Are nightwear or slippers permitted in the restaurant?

We apologize for the inconvenience but please do not wear nightwear and slippers to the restaurant.

Is there any interesting sightseeing location near the hotel?

Is it possible to have my luggage carried to my room?

Front desk staffs could assist guests deliver luggage to guest room.

Regarding medication at the hotel

The hotel is legally prohibited from providing medicines. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please prepare in advance before coming to the hotel. We can refer you to hospitals and pharmacies near the hotel. Please contact the front desk for further assistance.

Do you have Gym or Swimming pool?

A: There's no gym or swimming pool in the hotel. If guests need the information of gym, please contact front desk.

If we arrived over 00:00a.m.,is there any latest Check in time or not?

We don’t have the latest check in time. Front desk is 24 hours.

Do you offer newspapers or magazines in the guest room?

We provide United Daily News, Taipei Times, Liberty Times, China Times, Commercial Times, Economy Daily News, Nikkei in the Lounge on the 2nd floor.

What are the brands of tea bag, coffee, and amenity?

Tea Bag: Jing Sheng Yu
Coffee: UCC/Drip bag
Shower Amenity: KAO

Can we refill the mineral water, coffee or tea bags?

We will refill amenities on daily basis while cleaning the rooms.

Do you have extra bed?

Extra bed is not available in the hotel.

Do you have desk in the guest room?

We only offer the desk in specific rooms. (Moderate Queen & Moderate Balcony Queen)

Can we cook in the guest room?

For guests' safety, please do not cook in the room.

Do you offer free shuttle service?

No, but hotel is close to the MRT station. Guests can take the MRT(Blue/Orange Line) to Zhongxiao Xinsheng station Exit No.3, then walk around 30 sec to hotel.

How to pay the room and incidental charge?

All credit cards and cash are accepted.

We already paid the room charge, why hotel needs to get the deposit? Does it need to pay by cash?

Deposit is for guests' incidental charges, and Hotel get TWD$1,000 per room per night. If you use credit card, it will only block the amount not charge. If you use cash as deposit, hotel will return it upon check out.

Does hotel have minimum age of guests staying at hotel?

according to the government law, children under 18 years old couldn't stay alone. Within 18-20 years old staying hotel needs to provide parental consent. Over 20 years old could stay alone.
