Tsubo-yakiimo refers to sweet potatoes slowly roasted at low temperatures over charcoal in special clay pots designed specifically for yakiimo. Orange clay pots are lined up in front of the shop, and the sweet potatoes, which are slowly baked for three hours, are rich in sweetness, with a crispy exterior and a fragrant interior, allowing you to enjoy them with the skin on.
