HONMIDO, a new brand originated in Ginza
We are thrilled to introduce HONMIDO, located in the B2 floor of GINZA SIX, just two‑minute walk from our hotel.
Founded in Ginza in 2017, HONMIDO crafts innovative confections that blend Japanese and Western traditions. Recommended souvenirs include the HONMIDO Sando—two delicate langdosha biscuits layered with wasanbon sugar and matcha—and the Mitarashi Pancake, a new‑texture treat filled with sweet mitarashi syrup. Seasonal assortments, reflecting Japanese four seasons, are also available.
