KUYA
This time, we would like to introduce "KUYA", a traditional sweet shop just a 6-minute walk from our hotel.
"KUYA" was established in the Meiji Era, moved to Ginza in 1949. It is famous and popular for a long time. "KUYA" does not use any additives or preservatives, and also high recommended by its various flavors from carefully selected ingredients. The product you must try is 「Kuya monaka」.The cake is prefectly grilled of two sides, and balances with carefully cooked red bean paste. The special taste of red bean, which is not too sweet, is the main reason to become popular souvenir for Ginza visitors.
