Ginza Tsuki to Hana
This time we would like to introduce a jam bread specialty store, Ginza Tsukitohana, a 2-minute-walk away from our hotel.
The pain parisien that the store bakes everyday is crispy and fragrant on the outside but chewy on the inside. It is filled with fruit jams made from japanese fruits. They want customers to enjoy the original flavor of the fruit itself, so the jam is as half sweet as commercially sale jams.
In addition, since the flavor of jam deteriorates after heaten, they inject the jams after the bread is well baked to avoid heating. This is a must-try dish when you come to Ginza.
