Grilled eel with broth and stem wasabi
Soft eel is grilled until aromatic and finished with a sauce. Add stem wasabi and Japanese pepper as you like. You can also pour broth and enjoy it ochazuke style.

Xian Dou Jiang (Taiwanese Savory Soy Milk Soup)
A fluffy soy milk congee topped with Szechuan pickles and soy meat—an easy on the palate, filling combination.Add a layer of complexity to the meal by dipping our soy-based scallion fried Chijimi pancake into the congee.Made with only plant-based ingredients, this addition to our vegan menu is kind to both body and soul alike.




Three egg dishes made with Hitachi Farm Eggs from Ibaraki Prefecture
Enjoy flavorful Hitachi Farm Eggs from Ibaraki Prefecture in any of the three dishes: omelet, scrambled egg, or fried egg. Hakkinton ham and seasonal vegetables are served together.

Wide variety of Western dishes
Fresh sausages are grilled until juicy, and bacon is served in thick slices for you to enjoy the texture. We also have daily specials such as roast chicken with browned lemon butter sauce, a bagna cauda of shrimp and vegetables from Miura, and voluminous steamed meat buns. The vegetables are not excessively processed and offer a natural, simple taste.

Exquisite Japanese dishes
Besides regular dishes of grilled fish and rolled eggs, we have kelp-seasoned white-flesh fish, boiled whitebait from Shizuoka Prefecture, and spicy pollack roe. We also recommend enjoying them ochazuke style with warm broth. Also try our flavorful miso soup made with miso from Sendai.

Delicious bread
We have croissants baked on the same day, herb-scented focaccia, and flavorful wheat and rye bread. Enjoy them with our daily selection of butter, including self-cut butter blocks and whipped browned butter.



Fresh salad and fruits
In the salad section, we have vegetables, including vegetables grown outdoors from Miura, as well as cold side dishes such as potato salad made with Inca-no-mezame potatoes. We also have a variety of fresh seasonal fruits.

A specially prepared breakfast using minimal seasonings and cooking methods to maximise the blessings and deliciousness of nature. This dish will keep you energized throughout the day. Please enjoy it slowly.
