Kiln Grilled Menu

Pizza baked inside the kiln has a crispy texture outside and chewy texture inside.We serve authentic pizza. A sweet tasting onion gratin soup, slow-cooked pot‐au‐feu, and tomato chicken soup are also cooked inside the kiln. Enjoy the unique hot meals of our kiln burning oven.

Watch as the chef cooks a fluffy omelet right in front you. You can choose either raw ham as a side or a truffle-flavored omelet.

Honeycomb is the nest where honeybees store their honey. Take a spoon full and enjoy it with your bread or yogurt. It also goes well with stone baked pizza.

Enjoy a fresh salad and vegetables made with produce from our nationwide contracted farmers. Match it with our three homemade dressings (Yuzu pepper · Caesar · Japanese style)
