This roast pork is domestic and has a soft texture. It is marinated in a special sauce, heated at a low temperature, and then grilled for a perfectly fragrant finish.

A meal with plenty of mussels, clams, white fish, crab, and fresh seafood directly delivered from the Toyosu Market. We make sure to use a gentle seasoning so that you can savor the flavor of the seafood, which is perfect for the morning.
Today's pasta
Enjoy two types of pasta which change daily, including Pasta Pescatore (a pasta with mussels and squid in a tomato sauce), and our basil cream sauce pasta with columella and spinach.
Colorful tomato and mozzarella Caprese
Red, yellow, and green colorful mini tomatoes and mozzarella with Genovese sauce. It has a fresh and juicy taste.
Assorted ham “Charcuterie Misto”
We offer 3 to 4 different types of meat daily, including salami, ham, and mortadella, all of which are juicy and have the perfect amount of saltiness. Enjoy it with fresh salad and bread.
Caponata
Enjoy the combination of sweet and sour Caponata stewed with zucchini, paprika, eggplant, and tomato sauce.
Fruits and desserts
We offer chocolate brownies, baked cheesecake, and fruit-filled Macedonia for after-meal desserts. We also offer three to four kinds of seasonal fruits.
Classic Japanese food
Freshly cooked rice and miso soup with a side of candied saury, dried daikon radish, and pickles. Recommended for those who would like Japanese-style cuisine in the morning.

Special egg dishes using Okukujiran
Choose from four types: a fluffy omelet with mozzarella made using Okukuji eggs with thick yolks, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs. Made fresh to every order.
