"Sankaku-do" is a cafe restaurant in Sapporo produced by GAKU Inc.,
who also specialize in evening parfait shops.
The breakfast focuses on crêpes, as well as serving local cuisine
and specialties with fresh ingredients, full of flavors from all over Hokkaido.

Hokkaido may be known for its seafood, but at Sankaku-do we serve more than that, including our truly delicious sausages and bacon. We only prepare food that we have actually tasted and can recommend with utmost confidence. Please enjoy our new style of breakfast, featuring crêpes as the main event, cooked right in front of you.

焼きたてクレープにのせて味わう、新・朝食スタイル。

Once your crêpe has been freshly cooked before your eyes, top it with sausages and bacon, cooked to bring out the full umami flavor of Chitose ham, and grilled Hokkaido-grow vegetables. You can also enjoy your breakfast crêpe with your favorite sauces and fresh vegetables à la carte.

We prepare Hokkaido-grown kabocha squash and potatoes, piping hot gratin made with ingredients such as lily bulbs, soft and springy gnocchi, and more.

Appetizers include Hokkaido herring or octopus marinade, Chitose ham salad, and caprese salad with mozarella from Hanabatake Ranch.

Soup served hot or cold

Warm yourself up in the morning with dishes such as our hotel-made soup of Hokkaido onions carefully fried to bring out their sweetness, minestrone soup with plenty of vegetables, or a potage of Kita Akari potatoes from Hokkaido.

和食

Various rice side dishes

We use Oborozuki rice, specially grown in Tobetsu. We offer rice side dishes with shiokara (salty fermented seafood) made from salmon roe, cod roe and squid, as well as sanjo-zuke pickled squid or Matsumae pickles.
