Baked fresh before your eyes, we offer daily specials of original crêpes topped with Hokkaido vegetables and seasonal produce. You can also create and enjoy your own "dessert crêpe" with ice cream, cake, fruit, and crêpe sauces.

A sumptuous breakfast of Hokkaido's gastronomic delights

A daily selection of cold dishes perfect for a fresh start to the morning, such as marinated purple cabbage with a hint of orange pulp, seasonal white fish escabeche, ham and steamed chicken salad, and many more.

Tender and delicious Hokkaido potatoes, onions, and pumpkins are generously featured in the hot dishes. Transformed into popular favorites like onion rings, gnocchi, and gratin, the menu changes every day of the week.

The pizza corner offers daily specials such as Margherita, Bismarck, and Marinara, giving you a variety to choose from every day of the week.

Dishes featuring local Hokkaido ingredients such as deep-fried "Kasube" (ray) and salmon meuniere. Enjoy authentic regional dishes created by the chef using the finest seasonal ingredients and cooking methods to bring out the best of flavors.

Steamed vegetables packed with the goodness of Hokkaido.

Hokkaido potatoes, onions, carrots, and seasonal vegetables are steamed to lock in their full flavor. They can be enjoyed piping hot on a steam cooking plate. Treat yourself to a hearty serving by dipping them in our original sauce or using them as a topping for soup curry.

The steamed vegetables can be accompanied by a choice of four sauces, including the popular Hokkaido classic "Brown Butter Salted Fish Gut Sauce," the chef's special "French Guérande Salt," and the vegetable-based "Homemade Sauce" and "Dressing Sauce." Be sure to try the restaurant's signature "Soup Curry," popular for its delicious vegetable broth and mild, subtle flavor.

Warm up in the morning with our homemade onion soup, made with sautéed Hokkaido onions for extra sweetness, as well as our hearty vegetable minestrone and Hokkaido Kita Akari potage.

We have confidence in our cuisine sourced from local ingredients, meticulously prepared and carefully presented.

Hokkaido may be known for its seafood, but at Sankaku-do we serve more than that, including our truly delicious sausages and bacon. We only prepare food that we have actually tasted and can recommend with utmost confidence. Please enjoy our new style of breakfast, featuring crêpes as the main event, cooked right in front of you.
