With this sentiment in mind, we ensure that each and every loaf is carefully and individually baked to perfection.
Three types of popular sandwiches are available each day. Enjoy your choice of sandwich on a variety of bread, such as our springy classic loaves, or our crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside baguettes.

We have four colourful cold deli options, including deli salads, marinades and caponata made from seasonal vegetables.
Everything is served mini-buffet style, in addition to warm dishes such as egg dishes, sausages and bacon, and soup.

There are two types of specialty beans with a production volume of 6 to 7% on two farms; "Mundonova Katuaiai" in Brazil / Bereda Farm and "Katuai" in Honduras Marcara district. It's a medium-deep
roast and has the sweetness of milk chocolate and roasted nuts. The flavorful and well-balanced original blend is a perfect match with freshly baked goods!
