GOOD CHEESE LABORATORY
Fresh cheese laboratory and shop facing Sanjo Street. Based on the concept of "Cheese in Season," the shop sells six types of fresh cheese, including mozzarella, ricotta, and burrata, as well as brown cheese, fromage blanc, and stracciatella, all made with fresh milk delivered from a farm in Tamba. Delivering the pure deliciousness of milk, with no preservatives or additives, and the refined flavor of cheese, customers can enjoy the true allure of fresh milk.
