Kashiwanoha Honey is made by Chiba University using seasonal flowers that bloom locally in Kashiwa.
This honey is a local specialty fitting for Kashiwa, which strives to promote health and environmental friendliness as part of its city planning.
Make sure to try a taste with the focaccia bread or yogurt.
Our onigiri naturally use Kashiwa rice.
The rice is carefully prepared by adjusting the amount of water for cooking, based on the season and weather; and shape and size of the rice grain. To this delicious rice, we add our secret special soy sauce to make our specialty onigiri.
