Homemade peanut butter made with boiled peanuts from Chiba
Low in sugar and butter, with maximum peanut flavor. Made with raw Omasari peanuts sourced from contract farmers in nearby Nagareyama City.
Pizza with a twist
Crispy, aromatic thin-crust pizza artfully baked in a stone oven at 400°C. The vegetable-based toppings and homemade tomato sauce make it perfect for breakfast.
Oven-baked onion soup pain au gratin
The key to the delicious flavor is the broth, made by gently sautéing the onions in order to bring out their sweetness. The baguette is infused with the hearty broth, topped with cheese, and baked in a stone oven for a steaming hot au gratin.
Comesta-style trifle
