Pizza with a twist

Crispy, aromatic thin-crust pizza artfully baked in a stone oven at 400°C. The vegetable-based toppings and homemade tomato sauce make it perfect for breakfast.

Oven-baked onion soup pain au gratin

The key to the delicious flavor is the broth, made by gently sautéing the onions in order to bring out their sweetness. The baguette is infused with the hearty broth, topped with cheese, and baked in a stone oven for a steaming hot au gratin.

Comesta rice with fried garlic

Wagyu beef pilaf stir-fried with Comesta’s signature soy sauce blended with a Japanese dashi broth. A perfect morning meal with the delicious flavor of beef and the comforting taste of soy sauce. You can also top it with fried garlic for a different taste.

Kashiwa-grown turnip potage soup

A dish unique to Kashiwa, which is famous for its turnips, is the perfect way to start your day. This smooth and refreshing potage is infused with the gentle sweetness of the ingredients.

Bagna cauda

Original bagna cauda sauce, served cold, with the perfect balance between the saltiness of anchovies and the flavors of garlic and olive oil. A favorite at Comesta, also available at lunch and dinner.

Comesta-style trifle

A sweet delicacy combining fluffy chiffon cake, home-baked to perfection, topped with fresh cream and seasonal fruit. The light and refreshing sweetness makes it perfect after a meal. Served with homemade berry sauce or chocolate sauce.
