We rent sensing devices to patients, and with their consent, we utilize the vital data from these devices to provide services for patient health management, as well as meals suitable for the patient's condition. We also provide a proposed meal management service.

What Chojiya supplies are “gentle breakfasts” that use plenty of vegetables from the cities of Kashiwa and Nagareyama, with particularity about flavor and even texture. They are easy to eat even for patients with mutually different symptoms, and are Western-style breakfasts with a mild Japanese taste. They are both delicious and give the patients peace of mind.

On the second floor of the hotel is the extended outpatient area (Kashiwa-no-Ha Park Side Hotel Clinic) of the National Cancer Center Hospital East. Besides outpatient visits for second opinions, it offers outpatient diagnosis and treatment services in the fields of gastric surgery, breast surgery, and ophthalmology.
The Kashiwa-no-Ha Salon within the facility regularly hosts make-up advice seminars for cancer patients. These seminars can also be attended by hotel guests.

- You can check in at 15:00 or later, and check out no later than 11:00. For an extra fee, you may check in earlier and check out later than the above times. If there is a vacancy, you make use of these services on the day of. Please do not hesitate to inquire.
- What kinds of services do the care staff provide?
- One care staff member who is a licensed nurse or certified care worker is always on duty, 24 hours a day, in the lounge. After receiving emergency contact about a sudden change in the condition of a patient, the care staff member rushes to the patient’s room, confirms the patient’s condition, and contacts the Hospital East, depending on the situation. While on duty in the lounge, the care staff member is ready to answer questions from the patients and their families, so please feel free to ask questions. Please note that the hotel does not perform any medical acts.

- Family members and attendants can use the day use plan (for a maximum of five hours, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm). Persons staying overnight can also use the lounge space on the second floor, which is open 24 hours a day.

About meals
- Does the restaurant in the hotel accept requests regarding the amount of food, cutting up food, etc.?
- If you make such requests when making your reservation, Chojiya (the restaurant on the first floor) will adjust the amount, cut food up, and adjust the amount of salt. For breakfast, it serves items in little bowls in the buffet style, so customers can eat their preferred foods in the preferred amounts. For guests who would like to eat meals in their rooms, Chojiya delivers meals to the rooms by a delivery robot.
- Are there places to eat other than the restaurant in the hotel?
- At the front counter, the hotel sells frozen box meals prepared by Wellness Dining with consideration of swallowing and nutrition. If you wish, the meals are products that can also be regularly purchased for delivery to your home. Foods are also sold at the Seven-Eleven store on the first floor of the hotel.
