Rice balls made with Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice

We use Hokkaido-grown Nanatsuboshi rice, known for its excellent balance of sweetness and sticky texture. Each rice ball is hand-shaped in the live kitchen. Choose your preferred size, number, and fillings to create your own personalized rice balls. Enjoy them together with a hearty bowl of pork miso soup.
