Okayama's Famous “Ebi-meshi” (Shrimp Rice) and Daily Local Specialties

“Ebi-meshi,” Okayama's beloved local specialty, is a dish you'll want to enjoy again and again.
Originally created in Tokyo, the recipe was passed down by Okayama's chefs and has become a well-loved specialty throughout the prefecture.
Enjoy it topped with scrambled egg.
We also offer a daily rotation of local specialties from across Okayama Prefecture, including Hiruzen yakisoba and Tsuyama horumon udon.

Yellow Chive Rice Porridge *Winter only

A colorful rice porridge made with Okayama's specialty yellow chives, mushrooms, egg, and chicken.
Yellow chives have a delicate sweetness and a crisp texture. This gently flavored porridge lets the umami of each ingredient melt into a mild, clear dashi broth.

Pickled Mamakari

“Mamakari” is a local Setouchi specialty, beloved as a regional dish. The refreshing vinegar flavor blends with the fish's natural umami, making it a wonderful addition to breakfast.
Savor this flavor unique to Okayama, cherished by locals since long ago.
