Freshly made omelettes with a choice of sauces
Savour our freshly made, fluffy omelettes with your favorite sauce – a mild tomato sauce, a cheddar cheese sauce or a rich demi-glace sauce. We add “Asakusa”-brand ham and mashed potatoes to create a very satisfying dish.
Eggs from Jiyodori chickens that are raised on natural foods (Jiyoso) such as wood vinegar, mugwort, and seaweed. The eggs are known for their strong sweetness and full-bodied richness.
Whether it’s minestrone or cream soup, our daily soup special is brimming with vegetables.
Straight from the farm! Miura vegetables
Vegetables grown in the temperate climate and rich nature of Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture. Enjoy a fresh salad of seasonally changing vegetables, including Yotsuba cucumbers, mini carrots, Benishigure red daikon radishes, and Shima okra. We have a lineup of three dressings that vary from week to week, including homemade grated onion dressing, non-oil Japanese-style basil dressing, and more.
Color + Ful + Deli Colorful Deli
A colorful deli with the theme of the colors and nutrients of ingredients. In our daily changing special, we are serving up the five colors: red, orange, yellow, green, and purple.
Smoothies made with a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Start a fresh morning with a smoothie packed with essential nutrients that we often don’t get enough of.
Japan-made Wheat & Rice Flour Bread
Every morning we serve three breads from a selection of ten types. Each bread is made from high quality ingredients directly supplied from producers, including Ayahikari wheat grown in Mie Prefecture, Minami-no-kaori wheat from Kyushu, domestic black rice flour, and more. All of our ingredients, including our figs and aged rum raisins, are of the finest quality.
