• *Please note that if your registered e-mail address is incorrect, we cannot accept your reservation.
• *To arrange this anniversary option, please contact us after you make a hotel reservation.
• *We will send you a confirmation e-mail once you send your request through the inquiry form.
• *The reservation will be completed when the payment is successfully done. Until then, your request will remain as an inquiry or uncompleted
• *Please contact us if you canceled your hotel reservation.
