There are 3 ways to use the TV
1. Request Rental Items and Amenities
Getting the items you need when you need them.
From the TV in your room you can scan the QR code and from there you can order the items you need and they will be delivered by our robot.
- *If there are many orders, the delivery time may take long.
- *Some items may be too big to fit in the robot so staff will deliver it instead.
How to Make a Request
STEP 1 :
Turn on the TV, under the hotel information, select "Rental Items". Scan the QR code with your mobile phone, Select the items you would like and then press the "Request" button.
STEP 2 :
The robot will deliver the items to your room. Once it arrives it will call the phone that is in your room. It will tell you the password to open the compartment.
STEP 3 :
Enter the password on the robot`s screen. The Robot`s compartments will then open. Take out your item and press the "Close" Button
2. Request for Housekeeping
At our hotel, housekeeping occurs once every 2 days. On days where housekeeping does not come you can request for fresh towels and roomwear and to collect your trash. On the hotel information screen please select "Cleaning Request"
Please request from your TV screen for fresh towels and roomwear, and also to collect your trash.
- *If you do not request for this, no one will come into your room.
3. Easy TV Checkout
Just press "Checkout" on the TV and you are done. No need to do anything at the front desk, and you can leave without a hitch.
