The taste of grilled beef depends on the cut!

In this article, I would like to introduce a restaurant called “Yakiniku Senka Niku no Kirikata Nihonbashi Honten,” which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
This restaurant is also popular with the hotel staff. We ordered the most popular course, “Kirikata Course,” which allows you to enjoy eight types of premium Omi beef and 1mm sirloin. The concept of this restaurant is that “the taste of yakiniku is determined by the way it is cut,” and each of the meticulously cut meats was exquisite. The restaurant staff will carefully explain how to grill each type of meat and recommend the best sauce for each so that everyone can enjoy the authentic taste. Seating is in semi-private or private rooms, so you can enjoy your yakiniku at your leisure in a relaxed atmosphere.
For delicious wagyu beef that has been crafted with the utmost care, I recommend Niku no Kirikata Nihonbashi Honten!
