We’ve prepared our menu to satisfy all. A feast of generous vegetables and salad will please our health-conscious guests. Our smoothies and vinaigrette drink are quite popular. Foreign guests will appreciate the distinctly Kyoto flavors we serve as well.

This carefully prepared Kyoto-inspired feast is seasoned with dashi and includes items like hijiki, sesame, kinpira, and bean curd.
Our selection varies on the season and we typically prepare five different items.
We offer a huge variety of noodles for our daily special, from Kyoto’s famous shin soba to sakura soba in the spring,
soumen in the summer, and hot udon in winter.
Dashi stock is a staple of Kyoto’s cuisine. We prepare a dashi that’s the epitome of Kyoto’s prided staple, so good you can enjoy it alone, for our dashi ochazuke. Choose between our Sea Dashi, which has a rich flavor made possible with the use of dried sea slugs, and our Mountain Dashi, strong in umami with dried winter shiitake mushrooms. Pour it quickly over your rice. We recommend enjoying it in the Kyoto-style together with tsukudani and Japanese pickles.
We’re particular about our rice. We use kinmemai, which utilizes a grain polishing technique that preserves the healthiness and umami flavor of unpolished rice. Relish its superior nutrition, umami, and flavor over typical white rice.
We offer two types of smoothies and two types of vinaigrette drink. Our smoothies come in a green mix and an orange mix, featuring a plethora of fruits and vegetables. With a healthy dose of vinegar, these special drinks will supply your freshly woken body with energy for the day. Our two vinaigrette drinks are our kankitsu apple vinegar mix and our brown sugar-pomegranate blend.
We also provide a Western breakfast for those who prefer it. Among its features include sausage, meatballs, salad, soup, danishes, and croissants.
