Designed with the theme of “inviting you on a trip from the sea to the sky”
Toyosu, the representative of the Tokyo Bay Area. We’ve aimed to create a hotel worthy of this area and the design uses the idea of a trip from the sea to the sky, from B1 and 1F all the way to 165 meters above the ground.
Guest Rooms
The theme is “mooring”.The hallways use a motif of clouds and the water’s surface for the carpets and lighting. From there, the guest rooms open up to wide panoramic landscape with green scenery that will invite peace of mind.
The 36F Lobby
The theme is “voyage through the heavens.”
The Tokyo Bay scenery and the silhouette of the city center’s skyscrapers spreads out before your eyes. Using a monotone color scheme as a base, you’ll feel the overwhelming sense of freedom brought by Toyosu’s sea and sky.
The 36F Approach
The theme is “setting sail.”
The design is such that the long approach from the elevator hall will give you the feeling that your sea voyage is coming to an end and your sky voyage is beginning. The anticipation will be enhanced as you head for the lobby, just beyond.

The theme is “diving.”
The design creates an atmosphere using the imagery of floating deep under the water. Rock patterns, like crystal and quicksand, are used in the marbling, with bubble art as an accent. This atmosphere continues through the business establishment section. This design gives you the sense you’re in the sea, almost as if you’re transported to another world, raising your feelings of anticipation as you head to the hotel.

The theme is “surfacing.”
The theme is represented by illuminated glass artwork that lets you look up through the water, toward the surface. The light comes from both the ceiling and the floor, creating shadows. The glass sculptures evokes imagery of the reflection of a night in Toyosu on the water.
