Vegetables are boiled, meat is seared, and fish is steamed. Seasoning is simple, using only salt and soy sauce, with minimal cooking methods and seasonings to create exceptional dishes that accentuate the original flavors of the ingredients.

Our menu features red perch and grilled salmon, prepared with minimal cooking methods such as using salt or kombu grilling that enhance the natural flavors of the fish. Enjoy our obanzai (Kyoto-style home cooking), which draws out the ingredients' finest flavors, either by itself or as an accompaniment to rice.

Our menu offers over 15 varieties of fresh, homegrown vegetables and salad ingredients, as well as seasonal fruits. Season your dish with a choice of four dressings, olive oil, salt, and cheese. Indulge in your favorite style according to your mood.
