Will you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can. Please feel free to ask at the front desk. If you arrive early, we will store the luggage at the front desk. Although we can store luggage after you check out, we ask that you collect your items on the same day. If you are checking out and you have another reservation at a later date, please feel free to ask us to store your luggage until you check in again. Please note that we cannot store valuables, foods or dangerous items.
Can I send my luggage prior to check-in?
If you have made arrangements with us in advance, then we can store luggage you send us until check-in except for any food items, valuables and dangerous items.Please be sure to indicate your check-in date, the full name of the guest and send to the following address.

Regarding delivery services
The front desk accepts delivery requests. We also offer packing services, so please let our staff know if you’re interested.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.
Regarding guide dogs and service dogs
Guests with guide dogs/service dogs are allowed to stay here with their companion. With the exception of the public bath, all facilities within our premises allow entry. If you intend to visit with your companion, please let us know at the time of reservation.
May I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay in our hotel. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistant dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Is wheelchair rental available?
Guests may loan them free of charge. If you’re interested, please contact the front desk. The use of our wheelchairs are limited to the hotel premises.

Are children allowed to share a bed with others?
It is possible for children that haven’t yet entered school to share a bed, limited to one child per bed. This is free of charge. However, while we do apologize for the inconvenience, we ask that you please bring them bath towels, toothbrushes, nightwear, etc.
Is there space available in the refrigerator?
Please feel free to use the refrigerator throughout your stay. We will prepare one bottle of mineral water per person.
Are there vending machines / ice machines?
The vending machine / ice machine is on the 2F.
Is there a curfew?
We don’t have a curfew for our guests. However, the front entrance is locked from 1:00 ~ 6:00. If you arrive for check-in during this time, please call us on the intercom. Our front desk staff is on standby 24 hours a day, but we would still appreciate it if you could inform us in advance if your arrival will be significantly later than your scheduled arrival.
Is there a parking lot?
There is a parking area within the hotel premises. (1500yen/night) We do not accept parking reservations. Spaces are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to restrictions on the number and size of vehicles, we are happy to introduce you to other nearby parking lots if ours is full or otherwise unusable for your needs. (We are not responsible for the fees of these other lots.) Please contact us for more details.
Is there bicycle parking available?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have bicycle parking available.
How will early check-in or late check-out affect my rates?

For early check-in

Normal check-in time is 3pm. Depending on the status of your room, we may be able to allow you to check in a bit earlier than 3pm.However, depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we may ask you to pay a 30% to 100% surcharge if you request to check in earlier than 3pm.

For late check-out

Normal check-out time is 11am. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we may allow you to check out later than 11am for a surcharge stated below.

until 6 pm・・・・・50% of room charge
after 6 pm・・・・・100% of room charge
(Note: These surcharges will be applied on top of the full fare.)

Is there a smoking area available?
If you would like to smoke, please use the smoking area available on the first floor. (All our rooms are non-smoking.)
Are spare keys available?
We issue one room key per person.
Can I use the internet for work?
Hotel spaces, including guest rooms, the lobby, and restaurants, are equipped with wireless LAN.
※Please note that we cannot guarantee connectivity for all guests. There’s the possibility that your computer may have difficulties connecting to our internet. We thank you for your understanding.
How early can reservations be made?
Reservations can be made approximately six months in advance via the Internet and approximately one year in advance via the telephone. All other inquiries including group reservations should be addressed directly to the hotel by telephone.
Can I invite non-staying guests to my room?
No, we cannot allow you to invite non-staying guests to your room. Please consult the front desk if you have special needs.
Is consumption tax displayed on the receipt for lodging plans with a cash voucher?
Cash vouchers are considered a tax exemption for consumption tax. The displayed amounts reflect the consumption tax in proportion to the deducted amount from the cash voucher.
Are taxes charged separately from the room fee?
Room rates include the amount of consumption tax, however, we do not include the service fee.
Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
We are sorry but we do not have a waitlist. The status of reservations change daily so please check back with us or check our website for occupancy changes.
How much is the cancellation fee?
For direct reservations and reservations made via our website, cancellation charges are applied as follows: 20% of full fare of room for cancelling one day before your stay, 80% of full fare of room for cancelling on the day of your stay, and 100% for no-shows. Please contact your travel agents for cancellation of reservations arranged via travel agents.
Are baby beds available?
Yes, baby beds can be rented free of charge. Please ask the front desk. Baby beds cannot fit in some of the rooms.

How are valuables kept at the hotel?
Please use the safety box in your room to store your valuables.
Are there convenience stores nearby?
There’s one located about one minute on foot from the hotel.

An Enjoyable Breakfast
Is it possible to have breakfast without a reservation?
Yes, we allow guests without reservations to eat our breakfast. We ask that you purchase a meal ticket from the front desk. It’s a Japanese-Western buffet for 2,000yen (tax included).
Can my room be on the highest floor possible?
Guest rooms range from the 3rd floor to the 12th. While we can certainly take your request into consideration, we may not be able to satisfy it based on the situation at the time of check-in. We thank you for your understanding.
Are amenities like hair dryers, towels, and toothbrushes available in guest rooms?
We provide the following in our guest rooms: bath towels, face towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face & hand soap, a hair brush, a razor, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs.
Can parking be on a separate receipt made out to a company?
Yes, we accommodate this. If you pay directly to the hotel, we can issue a receipt at either the time of check-in or at the time of reservation. We will issue it in the manner of your request.
Is there a public bath available?
There’s a guest-exclusive public bath on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It’s available in the evening from 15:00 ~ 25:00 and in the morning from 6:00 ~ 9:00.
※Please bring the towels from your room.
※Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available in the public bath. Feel free to also wear your nightwear and slippers to the bath.
Is there a fee for the public bath?
No, the public bath is guest-exclusive and is free of charge.
Are there rental computers available?
We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not have computers available for rent or loan.
Are there any barrier-free/handicap accessible rooms available?
We have one barrier-free room on site. Please call to reserve it.
Are laundry services available?
We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not provide laundry services to our guests. We thank you for your understanding.

Are nightwear and/or slippers permitted in the restaurant?
We apologize for the inconvenience but we ask that you please refrain from wearing nightwear and/or slippers to our restaurant.
Are there any interesting sightseeing locations near the hotel?
The Hokkaido Government Office (made of red brick) is approximately a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
Hokkaido University is approximately a 7-minute walk from the hotel.
The Sapporo Clock Tower is approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Is the business district nearby?
Susukino is about 10 minutes via the subway from the hotel. By taxi, it’s about 5 minutes.
Is it possible to have my luggage carried to my room?
We ask our guests to please carry their luggage to their rooms on their own. However, we do offer luggage carts to our guests, so please feel free to use one.
About general household medicines at the hotel
In line with the provisions outlined in Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, we do not provide medicines.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but ask that guests prepare any medicines they may require in advance of their stay. There is a hospital and drug store nearby, so please do not hesistate to ask at the front desk for more information if needed.
