Can you store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can. Please feel free to ask at the front desk. If you arrive early, we will store the luggage at the front desk.
We can store your luggage after check-out, but please note that it will be limited to that day.
(We cannot accept refrigerated or frozen products, food, valuables, or dangerous items.)
Can I send my luggage prior to check-in?

Please contact us in advance if you would like us to store your luggage before check-in. Please do not leave any valuables, food or dangerous items in your luggage.When sending your luggage to the hotel in advance, please write your name and the date of your stay, and send it to the following address.

Home deliver service
We have a delivery service (Yamato) available at the front desk. We also offer a luggage packing service as well. Please contact one of our staff members for details if you would like to use this service. We cannot accept refrigerated and frozen goods. Note that we also cannot accept food, valuables, or dangerous items.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is 3 pm and the check-out time is 11 am.
Guide dogs and service dogs
You may stay with your guide dog / service dog. All facilities including restaurants can be used with your guide dog / service dog. Please let us know at time of reservation.
Do you provide wheelchairs?
Yes, we do. Wheelchairs are free of charge, but can only be used inside our facilities. Please ask at the front desk.
The number of wheel chairs is limited, so please let us know in advance if you need one.
Can my child sleep with me on the same bed?
We will permit your child to sleep with you on the same bed if your child is six years of age or younger. Your child may stay with you free of charge. Please bring a bath towel, toothbrush and nightwear, etc. for your child.
Is there a vending machine/ice machine in the hotel?
There are vending machines for soft drinks on the 6th and 12th floors. Vending machines selling alcohol are located on the 10th and the 14th floors. Ice machines are located on the 7th and 8th floors. Ice buckets are available in each guest room.
Is there a curfew?
There are is no particular curfew. For security reasons, the entrance is locked at midnight. The doors will be locked from 1 am to 6 am. Guests can unlock the doors using their card key. Please use the intercom when you first arrive. If you are planning to arrive at the hotel after the stipulated arrival time, please inform us in advance. Staff members are available around the clock.
Is there any space available in the refrigerator in the room?
You’ll find a complimentary bottle of mineral water (one per person) inside the refrigerator. Feel free to use the rest of the refrigerator space to your liking.
Is there a parking lot?
The hotel does not have a parking lot, so please use the parking lot located in the neighborhood.
*Note that there is no designated parking lot for the hotel.
Is there an additional fee when checking in early or checking out late?

Early Check-in

Check-in starts at 3 pm, but if you would like to check in before this time, we will reserve the room from the previous day. Please note that we will charge a fee for an additional day (100% of regular price) in this case.

In case of late check-out

Check-out by 11 am
If the room is available for extension, an additional fee will be charged.
Until 3 pm・・・・・30% of room charge
Until 6 pm・・・・・50% of room charge
After 6 pm・・・・・100% of room charge
(Note: This will be added to the regular fee.)

Are there nonsmoking rooms?
Yes. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please use the smoking areas located on the 1st, 5th, and 11th floors.
Is there a spare key?
We issue one room key for each person.
Do you have any internt connectivity?
Wi-fi is available in all guest rooms, restaurants, and in the lobby.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee internet connection for all customers. Depending on guests’ computer settings,internet connection may not be possible.
Can I invite non-staying guests to my room?
No, we cannot allow non-staying guests in your room. Please consult the front desk if you have special needs.
Do you charge tax separately for your room?
The price of the room is the consumption tax · the charge of the Tokyo metropolitan area tax included. In addition, we do not have service charges.
Is there a waitlist?
We are very sorry, but we do not provide cancellation waiting lists. Reservation statuses may change, so please contact us directly or check room availability online.
How much are cancellation charges?
We charge 100% of the room fee in the case of a cancellation without notice. Please contact us beforehand. We charge 20% of the room fee for cancellations the day before, and 80% for on-the-day cancellations. For reservations through travel agencies please contact the agency regarding the cancellation.
Is there a baby cot (children’s bed)?
Please note that we do not offer baby bed rental services.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a convenience store located a one-minute walk from the hotel.
Is a reservation required for breakfast?
You do not need a reservation for breakfast. Breakfast details: Available weekdays 6:30 am-10 am (last entry 9:30 am), and on weekends and holidays 6:30 am-11 am (last entry 10:30 am)
*The fee is 1,512 yen per person (tax included)
Can I reserve a room located on a higher floor?
Guest rooms are located on the 2nd to 14th floors. Please note that depending on the reservation status at the time of booking, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
What kind of amenities are available in the rooms?
We have the following amenities available:
Bath towel, face towel, hand towel, wash towel, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face/hand soap, hairbrush, razor, toothbrush, q-tips, shower cap, and a cotton hair tie.
Do you rent out computers?
Unfortunately, we do not offer computer rental services.
Is there a barrier-free / accessible room?
We have one barrier-free room available. Please reserve by phone in advance if you would like this room.
Do you offer a laundry service?
There is a laundry service available for an extra fee. Please fill out the voucher provided in the room. Place it inside the laundry bag and bring it to the reception by 10 am. We will return it after 6 pm on the same day.
Do you offer room service?
Unfortunately, there is no room service available.
Can I go to the restaurant wearing nightwear and/or slippers?
We are very sorry, but please refrain going to the restaurant in nightwear and/or slippers.
Do you offer mobile charger rental?
Mobile chargers are available in every guest room.
Is there a public/shared bath?
Unfortunately, we do not have a public bath.
Are there any smoking areas inside the hotel?
There are smoking areas located on the 1st, 5th, and 11th floors.
When do I pay?
The hotel has an advance payment system. Please pay any unpaid remaining amounts when checking out.
About general household medicines at the hotel
In line with the provisions outlined in Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, we do not provide medicines.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but ask that guests prepare any medicines they may require in advance of their stay. There is a hospital and drug store nearby, so please do not hesistate to ask at the front desk for more information if needed.
