When is the earliest I can make a reservation?
You can reserve a room up to 6 months in advance online, or up to one year in advance if you reserve by phone. If you have any questions about schedules, or you would like to book for a group, please contact the hotel by phone.
※We are pleased inform you that we are preparing to sell our rooms from around autumn 2019.
As soon as the detail is fixed, we will release updated information through our official website.
How much is the cancellation fee?
If you made a reservation on our official website or by phone, we charge 20% of your room fee if you cancel the day before your stay, and 80% for cancellations on the same day of your stay. We charge 100% of the fee if you are a no-show with no advanced notification. If you reserved your room via a travel agency, please contact them about your cancellation.
Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a cancellation waiting list. Please contact us directly for available rooms or check our official website.
Are taxes charged separately?
The room charge includes consumption tax and accommodation tax for Tokyo. There is no service charge.
What are the fees for early check-ins and late check outs?

For early check-in

Check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if you would like to check in beforehand, we will reserve a room for an additional day, with an extra fee (100% of the regular room price).

For late check-out

Check out by 12 pm. If the room is available for an extension and you would like to check out later, we will charge an additional fee.
Until 3pm・・・・・30% of room fee
Until 6pm・・・・・50% of room fee
After 6pm・・・・・100% of room fee

Can I co-sleep with my children?
Children up to and including preschool age can share a bed with an adult without any extra fees. Unfortunately, this means we cannot provide an extra bath towel, toothbrush, or nightwear, so please bring a set for the child.
Do you have any barrier-free rooms?
We have one barrier-free room. (The bath and toilet are in the same room for barrier-free rooms.)
Is wheelchair rental available?
We have several wheelchairs available to be borrowed for free. As there are a limited number of them, please contact us in advance to reserve one.
What time is the check-in/check-out?
Check-in starts at 3 pm and check out is at 12 pm.
Can I send my luggage prior to check-in?
After contacting us in advance, we will be happy to keep your sent-ahead luggage until check-in, but please note that we do not accept valuables, food, dangerous goods, refrigerated items, or frozen items. Please fill in your name and send it to the following address (packages sent cash-on-delivery cannot be accepted):

Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. The reception desk is staffed 24/7, but please inform us if you are planning to arrive significantly later than the originally stated arrival time. (Since we lock the entrance after midnight, please call on the intercom if you arrive after 12 p.m. The guests staying at the hotel can unlock the entrace with their card key.)
Can the hotel store my luggage before I check-in, or after I check out?
Yes. Guests arriving before the check-in time can store their luggage with us. Those wishing to leave their luggage with us after check-out may also do so, but please make sure to pick your luggage up on the same day. (We do not store valuables, refrigerated or frozen products, or any dangerous items.)
May I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay in our hotel. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistant dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Regarding mobile phone chargers
We have multi-mobile phone chargers in every room.
Can I use the internet in the hotel?
There are Wi-Fi services available in the 1st floor entrance area, in the lobby, restaurant, and bar on the 9th floor, and in every guest room. You can connect to the internet using your smartphone and your tablet. Wired LAN connections are also available in guest rooms. (We offer cable rental.)
Do you rent out computers?
We are very sorry but we do not lend any computers. Please be advised.
Is there a spare key?
There is only one room key per person.

Is there a smoking area?
Please use the smoking area located in the lobby on the 9th floor, or the one located on the 14th floor. All guest rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Is there a public/shared bath?
The public bath is located on the 9th floor. It may be used by hotel guests and is open 3 pm-1 am/6 am-9 am.
Is there a vending machine/ice machine in the hotel?
Machines are located on the 11th and 14th floors. There are soft drinks on the 11th floor and alcohol on the 14th floor. Please use them accordingly. Ice pails for ice machines are provided in each room.
Do you offer room service?
Unfortunately, there is no room service available.
Do you offer a laundry service?
Yes, laundry service is available for a fee. Please fill in the provided laundry slip, put it in the laundry bag, and bring it to the front desk. Laundry submitted by 10 AM will be returned after 5PM on the same day. We do not have this service during the Obon season and New Year holiday.
Is there a courier service?
Delivery service (Yamato Mail) is available at the 9th floor reception. Packing materials (additional charge) are also available; please ask a staffperson.
Is there a coin-operated laundry?
Unfortunately, we do not have coin-operated laundry.
Are there fitness (gym/pool) facilities and meeting rooms?
Unfortunately we do not have fitness facilities or meeting rooms.
Is there a fee for the public bath?
The public bath is available at no extra cost. (Note: it is only available for guests staying at the hotel.)
Can I wear nightwear ad slippers when I visit the public bath?
Yes. Feel free to use the nightwear and slippers provided in your room.
Can I invite outside guests into my room?
Guests who are not staying at the hotel are not allowed to go up to the guest rooms. Please use the lobby floor for social visits.
Is there a baby cot (children’s bed)?
We do have baby cots. However, as there are limited numbers, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance. (The usage age is 12 months or younger.)
I would like to know about the hotel’s breakfast.
You can enjoy your breakfast at Nihonbashi Asada, our restaurant on the 9th floor.

Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for breakfast. Please come to the restaurant between 6:30 am and 10 am. (Last entry: 9:30 am.)
Can I wear my nightwear and slippers inside the restaurant?
We are very sorry, but we do not allow nightwear or slippers inside the restaurant.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
There are several convenience stores near the hotel. Please ask the front desk for guidance.
What should I do if I forget something or leave something behind in the room?
Any belongings left inside the hotel or a room are stored for 3 months. To ensure protection of personal information, we can only discuss the matter with the person who stayed at the hotel. Should more than 3 months pass, the item(s) will be handled according to local laws and regulations. Raw items, food, and drink, will be disposed of by the next day for safety and hygiene reasons. *Shipping fee of left behind items will be paid by the guest. *If we find any personal belongings we will not contact you in order to protect your personal information.
Is there a parking lot?
Unfortunately, there is no parking lot. Please use the coin parking lot near the hotel.
Can I make a request to stay on a higher floor?
Guest rooms are located between the 10th and 15th floors. We are happy to accept your request, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate it, depending on hotel occupancy at the time.
About general household medicines at the hotel
In line with the provisions outlined in Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, we do not provide medicines.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but ask that guests prepare any medicines they may require in advance of their stay. There is a hospital and drug store nearby, so please do not hesistate to ask at the front desk for more information if needed.
